Intelligent purchasing
Maginus gives you powerful functions to manage and automate the purchasing process so that your buyers can focus on more strategic activities, such as analysing supplier performance and controlling your product and service portfolio to maximise revenue and margins. Maginus can intelligently recommend purchase order plans based on order point calculations, demand, supplier lead-time, stock position, commitments and purchasing quantities. Outbound logistics
Maginus streamlines outbound logistics to improve the efficiency of delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction in the last leg of the order to delivery process. Maginus manages delivery routes, with automatic assignment of customers to routes using postcode rules, and automatically produces labels and manifests in the format required for different carriers. You can run picking according to load plans to make best use of your vehicles, and interface directly with parcel carrier computer systems for real-time tracking and tracing of deliveries. Maginus also supports optical scanning and electronic proof of delivery.
Customer returns
Maginus lets you provide a fast, efficient returns process with total control over returning stock, RMAs and credit notes. Maginus lets you issue RMAs validated against the original sales order, despatch note or invoice, and check them against any existing customer warranties that apply. You can fax RMAs directly to customers and use Maginus to manage your own collection of returning goods. Maginus will manage disposition into a number of statuses according to its condition and generate credit notes based on the original RMA documents. Maginus also provides a complaints management module to manage customer satisfaction should things go wrong.
